1. Acceptance

By downloading, accessing, or using Predictly, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. What Predictly Does

Predictly presents third-party prediction-market probabilities, prices, source availability, source coverage, freshness indicators, market spreads, and related metadata. It may also provide a Watchlist, optional notifications, and links to third-party market pages.

3. No Advice or Recommendation

Nothing in Predictly is financial, investment, trading, legal, tax, betting, or other professional advice; a recommendation; an offer; or a solicitation to buy, sell, trade, wager, or hold any asset, contract, or position. Market information can change quickly and may be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate, unavailable, or subject to different third-party rules and settlement terms.

You are responsible for independently reviewing third-party information, assessing risk, determining legality in your jurisdiction, and deciding whether any action is appropriate for you.

4. Third-Party Sources and Links

Predictly may retrieve data from or link to independent services such as Kalshi, Polymarket, and Manifold. Those services have their own terms, privacy policies, eligibility rules, fees, settlement processes, and risk disclosures. When you tap a source row or trade link, you leave Predictly and should review the relevant third party’s terms.

5. Eligibility and Responsible Use

You must be legally able to use Predictly under laws that apply to you. You are responsible for determining whether a third-party service or activity is permitted where you live and for complying with applicable laws, restrictions, age requirements, and platform rules. Do not misuse the app, interfere with its operation, seek unauthorised access, or use it for unlawful, deceptive, fraudulent, or harmful purposes.

6. Availability and Alerts

Alerts, notifications, freshness labels, and market updates are convenience features. They may be delayed, duplicated, unavailable, or not delivered. Do not rely on an alert, the absence of an alert, or a displayed timestamp as a guarantee that information is current.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Predictly is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of accuracy, completeness, reliability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability. We do not guarantee any market data, source coverage, price, probability, spread, alert, outcome, return, or third-party availability.

8. Changes and Contact

We may modify, suspend, discontinue, or remove any feature, market source, category, or portion of Predictly. We may update these Terms and will revise the date above. For questions about these Terms, use the support contact published in the Predictly Google Play listing.
