Privacy Policy

1. Overview
Predictly is an informational prediction-market comparison app. It displays public market information, keeps a Watchlist locally on your device, supports optional general alerts, and can link to independent market websites. Core browsing does not require an account.
2. Information We Handle

Predictly does not collect or retain account data, names, email addresses, Watchlist contents, alert choices, market activity, time zone, precise location, microphone, camera, payment details, or notification-delivery history. The Expo delivery token is the only remote record and is classified by Apple as a device identifier.
3. How Information Is Used and Shared
The device identifier is sent only after you choose to enable alerts and grant device permission. It is shared with the hosting/database provider and Expo’s push-delivery service only to deliver a general market update. Predictly does not sell data or use it for behavioural advertising.
Predictly requests public market data directly from independent market sources. Those sources may receive ordinary network-request information under their own privacy policies.
4. Your Choices
Alerts are optional. You may disable them in Predictly or in your device settings. Turning off the in-app alert switch requests deletion of the stored device identifier. You can remove local app data by clearing storage or uninstalling the app.
5. Retention and Deletion
The device identifier is retained only while alerts remain enabled. For deletion or privacy requests, contact the privacy-support email published in Predictly’s store listing with the subject line “Predictly Device Identifier Deletion Request.”
6. Security, Children, and Changes
We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure. Predictly is not directed to children. We may update this policy when practices or legal requirements change and will revise the date above.
